SECURITY

For your protection and safety all orders are handled by Security Payments PAYPAL and are fully encrypted to the highest standard to prevent access by any unauthorised parties

Your payment is directed to our account through PayPal Secure Online Payment Service Provider.

No information entered on our website will be shared in any way with any other party or outside source, the information entered on our database is kept for the purpose of allowing you to check your order status, and for our internal mailing list so you can be notified about your account.

DELIVERY DETAILS.

When your credit card details are accepted we aim to dispatch your goods within 5 - 7 days. Sometimes our Jewellery is made to order, which may mean up to 21 days before dispatch.

You will be notified when sent via. Email you can track your order by logging on to your account details.

ALL ORDERS ARE SENT ROYAL MAIL (Signature required)

In the UK all items up to £100 are sent Recorded Delivery, the package has to be signed for on delivery. Orders totalling in excess of £100 are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured and guaranteed delivery by 1pm following date of posting.

Recorded Delivery: £1.95.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: £5.50.
Overseas Mail: £7.50. (Not always possible to insure depending on the country please email us for a quotation.)

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a refund should you be unhappy with your purchase if notified within 24 hrs of receipt, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging and condition.

Refunds and exchanges exclude merchant credit/debit and delivery charges in either direction.
