Terms & Conditions

If you are not happy with your purchase you have chosen. Please ensure that you return them to us unused within 7 days. We will be happy to replace them for an alternative product or offer a full refund. Please make sure that you keep all the original packaging materials to return the item back to us in its original condition.

Items that are damaged must be reported to us immediately in order for a replacement item to be sent to you. Items that are returned to us in a damaged condition that have not been reported to us will not be refunded.

Delivery Information

Our charge for Postage & Packaging is £2.50. Our aim is always to deliver within 28days but as a rule is it generally much quicker than this. If you require next day service there is an additional charge of £1.00.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, as all Orders require a signature for delivery.
